Cancellation policy
The following explains your right of withdrawal for orders on SpainFishingLicense.
1. Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving a reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the date the contract is concluded.
To exercise your right, you must send us a clear statement of your decision. Withdrawal is available exclusively through our contact form on SpainFishingLicense.

2. Withdrawal policy — coastal fishing licence
The coastal fishing licence is issued by the responsible fisheries authority.
To have your licence created, we begin performing the contract immediately after your order by:
1. digitally transmitting your data to the fisheries authority; and
2. paying the government fee for your licence to the authority.
By consenting at checkout, you expressly declare that we may begin performance before the withdrawal period expires and that you understand your right of withdrawal expires once we have submitted this application to the authority.
Specific rule:
- Withdrawal is possible while we have not yet submitted the application to the authority.
- Withdrawal is excluded once we have transmitted the application and paid the fee.
Because this normally takes place very soon after ordering, the withdrawal right can expire quickly.
3. Withdrawal policy — coastal boat licence
For the coastal boat licence, we require your valid boat operator’s licence and further documents.
You may withdraw from the contract while these documents have not yet been supplied.
Once we receive your documents and begin processing the application, your right of withdrawal expires under section 356(4) BGB.
Specific rule:
- Withdrawal is possible while we have not yet received your documents.
- Withdrawal is excluded once we send the application with your documents to the authority.
4. Consequences of withdrawal
If you requested that the service start during the withdrawal period and nevertheless withdraw before performance has begun, you must pay an appropriate amount corresponding to the proportion of services provided up to withdrawal.
